Must-Read Instructions for Participating in U.S. Exhibitions

To help exhibitors and design companies new to U.S. exhibitions better understand the regulations surrounding third-party fees, we have compiled key points and common payment methods. This guide aims to assist exhibitors in successfully executing booth construction tasks and ensuring a smooth exhibition experience.

Third-Party Fees for Booth Construction

Participating in U.S. exhibitions involves the following key third-party fees:

1. Venue Rigging Fee

2. EAC Application and Drawing Review Fee

3. Electricity Material and Labor Fees

4. Union Labor Fees (for setup and dismantling)

5. Garbage Removal Fee

6. Material Handling Fee (for construction materials)

   
   

Payment Process

Direct Payment: Exhibitors can pay third-party service providers directly based on invoices issued by them.

Payment on Your Behalf: If you need our company to collect and pay on your behalf, please prepay based on the invoice. Settlement will be done post-exhibition. A 15% service fee will be charged for this service.

Important: All fees must be fully paid before dismantling begins, or it may result in the following issues:

1. Construction materials cannot leave the venue.

2. Additional storage fees.

3. High extra transportation costs.

Additional Fees

Any additional costs incurred for exhibitor products (e.g., special transport, insurance) are not included in the above fees.
