费用支付

• 直接支付：展商可根据第三方服务方提供的账单直接支付。

• 代收代付：如需我司代为支付，请根据账单进行预付，展后再统一结算。代收代付将收取15%的服务费。

注意：所有费用必须在展览结束撤展前支付，否则可能导致以下后果：

1. 搭建物料无法出仓

2. 产生额外仓储费

3. 产生高额运输费

Third-Party Fees for Booth Construction

Participating in U.S. exhibitions involves the following key third-party fees:

Payment Process

• Direct Payment: Exhibitors can pay third-party service providers directly based on invoices issued by them.

• Payment on Your Behalf: If you need our company to collect and pay on your behalf, please prepay based on the invoice. Settlement will be done post-exhibition. A 15% service fee will be charged for this service.

Important: All fees must be fully paid before dismantling begins, or it may result in the following issues:

1. Construction materials cannot leave the venue.

2. Additional storage fees.

3. High extra transportation costs.
